interest.

A. CASE NUMBER: 91-036 TPM/EIA/DR
APPLICANT: Tarman
LOCATION: East side of Neptune between Jason and
Avocado.
DESCRIPTION: Special on-site meeting for a proposed 3-
unit condominium project with underground
parking in the R-11 Zone. Continued from
the meeting of June 20, 1991.
ENVIRONMENTAL
STATUS: Recommended mitigated negative
declaration
Motion: Board Member Gilholm - To direct staff to return with
a resolution to deny Case No. 91-036 TPM/EIA/DR based on the
following findings:
- The bulk and mass of the structure is out of scale with
the surrounding residences and the community character of
8 the neighborhood.

- The on
.. proximity to the single family residence to the south and
the duplexes to the east.
- The project as proposed is lacking usable rear yard area
. as a result of the extensive pavement (circular drive) in
the front yard.
The Board granted the Applicant the option to return with a
scaled down redesign to the July 18, 1991 meeting.

3. ADJOURNMENT
Motion: Board Member Gilholm - To adjourn at 7:20 P.M. to
the next regularly scheduled meeting of this
community Advisory Board to be held July 18, 1991.

Nays - None
