1. Clarify setback requirements on Parcell.
2. Address alternative access plans:
a. Readdress if primary access could be taken
from the alley.
b. Address combining access of Parcels 1 and 2 or
Parcels 2 and 3 to limit access to Leucadia
Boulevard.
3. Address extent of Irrevocable Offer of Dedication
along Leucadia Boulevard.
4. Identify existing vegetation to remain and to be
removed.

DESCRIPTION: Minor Use Permit and Design Review for a
proposed monument and wall sign for an
existing food store. The Minor Use
Permit is required because the applicant
is proposing to exceed the 8 foot
monument sign height limit by 4 feet for
a maximum height of 12 feet.
ENVIRONMENTAL
STATUS: Exempt per CEQA section 15311 Class 11a.
Motion: Board Member Eldon - To continue Case No. 91-075
MIN/DR to the meeting of June 20, 1991 to allow the
applicant to address the following issues:
1. Clarify location of proposed sign in relation to
existing sign/transformer; address SDG&E
requirements in regards to transformers.
2. Clarify where the Public Right-of-Way is to ensure
that the sign is not encroaching into the Right-of-
f Way.
