APPLICANT: Clutter
LOCATION: Olympus Street
DESCRIPTION: On-site visit of the project site to
review a proposed 14-1ot subdivision in
the RR-2 Zone.
ENVIRONMENTAL
STATUS: Under review
The applicant guided the board on a walking tour of the
site. The major concerns expressed by the public and the
Board included the closure of Olympus street and
pedestrian access to Wood Drive. It was noted by the
8¡ Board that additional issues would be addressed at the
formal CAB Hearing.
