for a seawall at the base of the coastal
bluff.
ENVIRONMENTAL
STATUS: Recommended Negative Declaration under
review.
Motion: Board Member Eldon - To continue the Public Hearing
for Case No. 89-073 MUP/EIA to the meeting of May 9, 1991,
when at such time the environmental review period will have
been completed and the. applicant will provide additional
information regarding landscaping, aesthetic treatment, and
stairway accesses for the seawall.
