Assistant Planner Langager informed the Community Advisory
Board that the February 21, 1991, meeting was cancelled.
Ms. Langager further thanked out-going Community Advisory
Board Members Karen Kaden and Sheila Locko for all their time
and effort serving on the Board.
4. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
Oral comments (maximum of three minutes) will be heard from
persons who submit a white slip to staff. No action may
legally be taken on non-agenda items, such items will be
referred to the Planning staff.
5. CLOSING AND ADOPTION OF CONSENT CALENDAR
A. Approval of Minutes from meeting of January 24, 1991.

to the South and Wood Drive to the North.
(t DESCRIPTION: Tentative Map and Environmental Review for
a Proposed 15 Lot Single Family
Residential Subdivision in the RR-2 Zone.
ENVIRONMENTAL
STATUS: Under Review.
Motion: Board Member Shur - To continue the application off
calendar to allow the applicant time to address the Board's
concerns as follows and to allow for further review by staff:
- maximum density versus midrange density, the
significant benefits necessary to obtain maximum
density
- realignment of Olympus Street versus closure or
vacation of Olympus st., work with neighboring
property owner to obtain a solution to the road
alignment;
- the in-lieu fee for affordable housing; and
- liability and access rights to the private road that
connects the on-site pedestrian easement with Wood
Drive.

DESCRIPTION: Design Review to allow a proposed Single
Family Residence to Exceed the standard
26' Height Limit by 3' 6" for a maximum
height of 29'6" in the R-3 zone.
ENVIRONMENTAL
STATUS: Exempt per CEQA, section 15303 Class 3a.
Motion: Board Kember Jacobson - To conceptually approve the
application as submitted, and to have staff return with a
resolution of approval with findings to the March 7, 1991,
meeting.
