Motion: Board Member Buck - To accept and adopt the consent
calendar with the following revisions to the minutes of the
. March 5, 1992 meeting: Item 6A, Case No. 89-271 TPM/V/EIA,
clarification of the motion to require that only one of the
three replacement trees be of a pine variety, and that it be
planted on Lot 3.

(It should be noted that staff conferred with the applicant
and the applicant has accepted the revisions noted for Case
No. 89-271 TPM/V/EIA. However in review of the tape of the
. March 5, 1992 hearing it was clear that the Board specified
that the three trees could be placed on any of the lots and
the three trees were to be a pine variety.)

family lots, one open space lot, and one
private road lot on 84 acres in the RR-1
Zone. Design Review of the proposed
Design Guidelines/Standards for the
future construction of custom homes is
included.

STATUS: Environmental Impact Report is being
prepared.

Planning Technician Durand briefed the CAB on recent Planning
Commission and City Council actions.
The CAB requested a report on the changes to the Zoning Use
Matrix at the May 7, 1992 meeting.
9. BUSINESS
CAB requested "Discussion of the Land Use Decision Making
Process" be placed on the May 7, 1992 agenda.

Motion: Board Member Eldon - To adjourn at 7:16 P.M. to the
next regularly scheduled meeting of this community
Advisory Board to be held May 7, 1992.
