The applicant is requesting a waiver from the strict interpretation of front, rear and side lot line as defined in the zoning code. Continued from the meeting of June 6, 1991. . ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Recommended mitigated Negative Declaration Motion: Board Member Eldon - To continue Case No. 89-271 TPM/EIA to the meeting of March 5, 1992 to allow staff and the applicant time to resolve the following issues: 1) Determine if a paved driveway is required in order to meet the definition of primary access. 2) Consider combined access for lots 1 and 2. 3) Method to preserve mature pine tree on lot 2. 4) Determine if the applicant is required to pave the alley if the garage on lot 3 is located off the alley. 5) Address resulting nonconformity on lot 2 through the variance process. Highway 101 DESCRIPTION: CAB II Hearing for a Minor Use Permit request to allow a proposed outdoor weekend/holiday sales bazaar with shared parking at the adjacent site to the north. A freestanding sign with a proposed height of 10 feet has been added to the application. Through the minor use permit process, freestanding signs may exceed the standard 8 foot height limit by 4 feet - for a maximum height of 12 feet. Continued from the meeting of January 9, 1992. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Exempt per Section 15303(c) of CEQA. Motion: Board Member Eldon - To approve Case No. 91-173 MIN with sign alternative #1, and the additional condition that the applicant provide notification to the residents of the structures which front on the alley to the west between Jason street and Phoebe street when the operation begins. The notice is to contain the start date, hours of operation, and a warning that there will be parking and increased traffic in . the alley. BUSINESS Review and discussion of the meeting schedule for the Leucadia . Community Advisory Board in 1992. The following schedule is recommended: 3/5, 4/9, 5/7, 6/4, 7/9, 8/6, 9/10, 10/8, 11/5, and 12/10. Motion: Board Member Eldon - To approve the meeting schedule for the Leucadia CAB in 1992.
