adopt the consent calendar with the following revision:

consent calendar by a "Request to Speak Form" submitted
by the public. The item was heard immediately following

DESCRIPTION: Tentative Map, Major Use Permit

single family residential subdivision
with an additional remainder lot in the
R-3 Zone. The Major Use Permit
Modification request is to remove the
resulting six lots (2.34 acres) from an
existing Use Permit (No. P80-10) issued
. by the County of San Diego. Design

envelopes has been added to the

approval of Case No. 90-227 TM/MUP MOD/DR/EIA to the
Planning Commission with revisions to the landscape plan
intended to better screen the mobile home and greenhouse
located on site.

allow a proposed outdoor weekend/holiday

adjacent Consignment Shop.

STATUS: Exempt per Section 15303(C) of CEQA.
Motion: Board Member Eldon - To continue Case No. 91-173 MIN
to the meeting of February 6,1992 to allow the applicant time
to return with a sign detail, landscape plan and revised
parking plan.

NOTICE: The January 23, 1992 Leucadia CAB meeting has been
canceled due to a lack of items.
10. BUSINESS
Recommend individuals to the Planning Commission: The Board
recommended Alice Jacobson, John Eldon, and Bill Dean to the
Planning Commission.

Motion: Board Member Eldon - To adjourn at 8:45 P.M. to the
next regularly scheduled meeting of this Community
Advisory Board to be held February 6, 1992.
