2. Public Hearing for a Design Review request to allow a
1297 square foot addition to an existing single family
residence to exceed the standard 16 foot height envelope
(for lots sloped greater than 10%) by 13' for a maximum
height of 29'. CASE NUMBER: 94-004 DR; APPLICANT: Jane
Hapgood; LOCATION: 1465 Eolus Avenue; ENVIRONMENTAL
STATUS: Exempt per Section 15301, Class l(e) (1) of CEQA.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive public testimony, review
the project and adopt the attached Resolution approving
Case No. 94-004 DR.
