8 The Board welcomed Assistant Planner Langager back from
maternity leave.
D. CLOSING AND ADOPTION OF CONSENT CALENDAR
Revised minutes of the September 9, 1993 meeting were
distributed to the Board. Items G-2 and G-3 were added to the
consent calendar.
1. Approval of Minutes: Regular Meeting of September 9,
1993. Contact Person: Planning Technician Durand.
Motion: Board Member Eldon - To adopt the consent calendar
as amended.
Second: Board Member Fahlberg
Vote: Ayes - Buck, Burkhart, Eldon, Fahlberg, Hughes
Nays - None
Absent - Burkhart (Item G-3 only, due to potential
conflict of interest)

2. Public Hearing for a proposed Major Use Permit
Modification to allow for a 1442 square foot, second
story addition to an existing single family residence in
the Skyloft Planned Residential Development (Original
County Use Permit No. P73-146). CASE NUMBER: 93-239
MUP/MOD; APPLICANT: Louis and Jennifer Webster;
LOCATION: 1765 Gascony Road; ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS:
Exempt per Section 15301, Class l(e) (1) of CEQA. Staff
Contact: Assistant Planner Langager
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive public testimony, review
the project and make recommendation to the Planning
Commission to adopt the attached Resolution approving
Case No. 93-239 MUP/MOD.

J. BUSINESS
Assistant Planner Langager asked the Board if there was any
8 Business item they would like placed on the next meeting
agenda. The Board did not have any items to be placed on the
agenda at this time.

Meeting to be adjourned to the next regularly scheduled
meeting to be held Thursday, February 10, 1994
Motion: Board Member Hughes - To adjourn the meeting at 7:10
P.M. to the next regularly scheduled meeting of this community
Advisory Board to be held February 10, 1994.
