Associate Planner Niles introduced craig Olson to the New
Encinitas Community Advisory Board. Assistant Planner Olson
will be taking over as the staff planner for the New Encinitas
Community Advisory Board.

A. Approval of Minutes from meeting of: December 3, 1990

Consent Calendar.

Motion: Board Member Beck - To adopt the resolution with the
following conditions:
- Sign at both driveways stating "right turn only",
- Driveways be 32' in width with a 30' drive aisle;
8 - Awnings approved on the north and south elevations; and
- stairs to the adjacent property to the south are not
required.
- Existing landscape island to be moved to the north exit.
- Maximum height of building to be 16'.
- Colors approved as submitted on 12/31/90.
