3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS/ANNOUNCEMENTS
Chairwoman Patton welcomed new Board Members Robert Weaver and
Virginia Felker.
4. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
Mr. Norman Ratner expressed concern about the traffic divider
on Via Molena at EI Camino Real. Staff directed Mr. Ratner
to contact Hans Jensen of the Public Works Department for
further information.
5. CLOSING AND ADOPTION OF CONSENT CALENDAR
A. Approval of Minutes from meeting(s) of: February 4,1991
Motion: Board Member Beck - To accept and adopt the Consent
Calendar with the following revisions:
By consensus, the Board moved Item 6A, Case No. 90-
269 MIN, to the Consent Calendar.

Case No. 91-006 V and allow the applicant 1 year to remove the
sound room located in the garage.

9. BUSINESS
. Boarding Houses, renting bedrooms within single family
residences.
Board Members Grajek and Felker formed an Ad Hoc Committee to
look into the boarding house issue and draft a memo to city
Council.
10. ADJOURNMENT
Motion: Board Member Beck - To adjourn at 8:35 P.M. to the
next regularly scheduled meeting of this Community
Advisory Board to be held April 1, 1991.
