Chairman Grajek presented Bill Quinn (who was present at the
meeting) and Ruthanne White with a Resolution commending them
for their outstanding services and contributions to the New
Encinitas Community Advisory Board.

Motion: Board Member Beck - To accept and adopt the Consent
Calendar.

LOCATION: East side of N. EI Camino Real South of
Olivenhain Road
DESCRIPTION: Extension of a Minor Use Permit to allow
an additional 90 days for a City-
sponsored, Temporary Jobs Center with an
automatic six month extension if needed
to process an application with San Diego
County for a permanent site at an
alternate location.
ENVIRONMENTAL
STATUS: Exempt per Section 15303, Class 3C of
CEQA
Motion: Board Member Weaver - To adopt the Resolution with an
addendum which allows for an additional toilet facility, as
needed, and that the toilets may be kept unlocked during the
day and night. Further, staff is to review the screening
periodically and replace or repair as necessary.

limitations to the conversions of apartments to condos
and the commuter rail status;
0 City Council - May 29, 1991 - Discussion on the 1991-92
financial plan;
. 0 City Council - June 12, 1991 - Land Use Decision Making
Report;

the next regularly scheduled meeting of this
Community Advisory Board to be held June 3, 1991.
