A. Approval of Minutes from meeting of: June 3, 1991.
Motion: Board Member Weaver - To accept and adopt the
Consent Calendar.
Second: Board Member Patton.
Vote: Ayes - Patton, Felker, Weaver

6. PUBLIC HEARINGS

DESCRIPTION: Variance request for a fence to exceed
. the 4 ft. height limit within the 15'
street side yard for a fence as follows:
a 5'5" high stucco block wall at its
highest point with a 5'6" high cedar
fence set adjacent to the block wall for
a total height of 11 feet with the
sloping nature of the lot, the lowest
point of the fencing is 5'2".
ENVIRONMENTAL
STATUS: Exempt per Section 15301(e) of CEQA.
Motion: Board Member Weaver - To approve with the added
condition that the existing footing located in the
right-of-way be removed.
Second: Board Member Beck.
Vote: Ayes - Beck, Patton, Felker, Weaver
Nays - None
Absent - Grajek
Abstain - None
7. COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD/PLANNER REPORTS
Informational Items - No action to be taken.
. Planning Technician Buscemi informed the New Encinitas
Community Advisory Board of the following upcoming agenda
items:
- city Council, July 10, 1991, GPA Resolutions and ballot
measures, Review Council direction on the Land Use
Decision-making process, and Initial Review of 91/92
GPA/Rezone requests; and
- Planning Commission, July 25, 1991, amendment to the
Zoning Code re: Use Matrix.

the next regularly scheduled meeting of this
Community Advisory Board to be held August 5, 1991-
