Consent Calendar with the following revisions:
By consensus, the Board moved item 6D, Case #91-
127V, to the Consent Calendar.

Motion: Board Member Weaver - To deny the variance
application without prejudice to allow applicant to
resubmit a revised plan.

20' x 20' tent from the last of week of
September to the first week in November.

STATUS: Exempt per section 15304(e) of CEQA
Motion: Board Member Weaver - To approve as recommended by
staff with a change to condition #1 to read:
Permit is non-transferable without Board's review.
Should any complaints be received by the City,
applicant is to return to the Board for review.
There is to be no increase in activity other than
what was approved by the Board.

Motion: Board Member Weaver - To approve a submitted.
Findings: Lot lines are irregular, placement of house on lot
is askew, there is no other place for room addition without
detracting from existing structures interior circulation,
minimal impact on existing and surrounding properties.
