Motion: Board Member Weaver - To accept and adopt the
Consent Calendar with the following revisions:
Add Item #6A, 91-189 TPM from this agenda, to the
consent calendar.

Informational Items - No action to be taken.
Planning Technician Buscemi informed the CAB that Friday,
December 6, 1991 was Associate Planner Linda Niles last day
with the City as she was selected as the new Planning Director
for Los Altos Hills. An invitation was extended to the CAB to
stop by Ms. Niles' farewell party Thursday, December 5, at
6:00 p.m.

Motion: Board Member Weaver - To adjourn at 7:04 P.M. to
the next regularly scheduled meeting of this
community Advisory Board to be held January 6,
1992.
