Motion: Board Member Patton - To accept and adopt the Consent
Calendar with the following revisions:
Add Item #6A, 91-200 MUP/MOD from this agenda to the
consent calendar.

Motion: Board Member Patton - To move project 91-220 MUP/MOD
to the Consent Calendar for approval with conditions as
recommended by Staff.

minimum to a maximum sign of 16 square
feet.
ENVIRONMENTAL
STATUS: Exempt per CEQA, Section 15303(e).
Motion: Board Member Weaver - To deny the variance request as
submitted since the Board was unable to make the finding that
special circumstances warrant variance approval and other
findings as presented in the draft resolution.

DESCRIPTION: Minor Use Permit to allow a monument sign
to exceed the permitted 8' in height to a
maximum height of 12'.

Motion: Board Member Felker - To approve the application as
submitted with the exception of the coloring of the lettering
which may be changed to blue.

Motion: Board Member Beck - Due to the fact that the New
Encini tas CAB only received three applications, the Board
Members are not going to make a recommendation, only
forward the applicants to the City Council.

2. Approve the following dates for the New Encinitas
Community Advisory Board meetings in 1992:

11/2, and 12/7.
Motion: Board Member Felker - To approve the New
Encinitas Community Advisory Board meeting dates as
submitted.

10. ADJOURNMENT
Motion: Board Member Weaver - To adjourn at 7:53 P.M. to
the next regularly scheduled meeting of this
