D. CLOSING AND ADOPTION OF THE CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Approval of Minutes: Regular Meeting of September 21, 1992
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approve Minutes.
3. Adoption of Resolution #NE 92-09 for Application No. 92-151
DR, Design Review request to allow repainting of the existing
roof and building and site structures, remove and install new
sign faces, new metal facia over existing fascia, replace
existing soffet lighting with high pressure sodium fixtures
and installation of exposed neon lighting at parapet cap.
This application was approved by the CAB at its September 21,
1992 meeting. Applicant: Dennis Wozniak, Jack-in-the-Box.
Location: 1439 Encinitas Boulevard. Environmental Status:
Exempt per Section 15301 (1) of CEQA. Contact Planner:
Marianne M. Buscemi.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution #NE 92-09

1. COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD/DIRECTOR REPORTS
Planning Technician Buscemi informed the CAB that there was to be
a Bluff Workshop with the City Council on October 7, 1992 at 5 pm
and 7pm.
Chairperson Beck informed the CAB that there was to be a Goals and
Policies Workshop for the Ecke Ranch Specific Plan development on
October 17 from 9:00 to 11:00.

Meeting to be adjourned to the next regularly scheduled meeting to
be held Monday, November 3, 1992.
Motion: Board Member Weaver - To adjourn at 7:10 P.M. to the next
regularly scheduled meeting of the New Encinitas
Community Advisory Board to be held November 3, 1992.
Vote: Ayes - Beck, Felker, Weaver, Wilkey
