Motion: Board Member Wilkey - To approve the design
review application with the following added
conditions:
. 1. The location of the drive-up ATM machines
located at the northeast corner of the
lot shall be reviewed by the Sheriff's
Department;
2. All decorative gravel to be a buff or
earth-tone color;
3. The retaining walls located in the
landscaped islands to be a split face
block wall or decorative wall;
4. The metal roof to be a more weathered
coppery brown color; and
5. If feasible, the bridge structure shown
on the plans is the preferred option to a
walkway from the upper parking level to
the credit union structure.

15301 (e) of CEQA. Contact Planner: Craig Olson.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Application as
submitted or modified.
Motion: Board Member Felker - To approve the design
review application as submitted.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approve Minutes.
Motion: Board Member Edde - To approve the Consent Calendar with
. the following revisions:
- Add the words "not white" to recommendation #2 of the
Home Depot recommended conditions;

areas is preferred over the proposed geometrically spaced
4' wide planters" to recommendation #3 of the Home Depot
. recommended conditions.

. Motion: Board Member Beck - To adjourn at 8:25 P.M. to the next
regularly scheduled meeting of the New Encinitas
Community Advisory Board to be held Monday, July 19,
1993.
