CAB Member Roscoe Wilkey advised the Board that this would be his
last meeting as he was moving to the Olivenhain area. He thanked
his fellow Board Members for making this an enjoyable experience.
D. CLOSING AND ADOPTION OF THE CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Approval of Minutes: Regular Meetings of 6/15/93

consent calendar as submitted.

G. REGULAR AGENDA
2. Public Hearing for Application No. 93-171 MUP/MOD, Major Use
Permit Modification to continue operations of a recycling
facility and to relocate the operation facilities to the
interior of the County Operations yard. Applicant: Solana
Recyclers/Brooke Nash. Location 135/137 N. EI Camino Real.
Environmental Status: Exempt per Section 15301 (e) of CEQA.
Contact Planner: Marianne Buscemi.
CAB Member Ron Edde disqualified himself from discussion and
stepped down from the dias.
Motion: Board Member Wilkey - To recommend approval of
the Major Use Permit Modification to the
Planning Commission further conditioned to
include an 8' high solid wood fence, 300'
along the north property line.
Second: Board Member Felker
Vote: Ayes - Wilkey, Felker
