1. Approval of Minutes: Regular Meeting of November 21, 1995.

Motion: Board Member Felker - To adopt the Consent Calendar approving
the Minutes of November 21,1995 as presented by staff.
Second: Board Member Weinstein.
Vote: Ayes - Felker, Weinstein, Beck
Nays - None

G. REGULAR AGENDA
. 1. Public hearing to consider a Major Use Pennit request for the on-premise sale of
alcohol beverage-s (beer and wine) in conjunction with an existing restaurant use.
The property is located in the General Commercial (GC) Zoning District at 257
N. EI Camino Real, Suite "E" within the Villa Encinitas Plaza Commercial
Center. Case No.: 95-288MUP. Applicant: Santino Pizzo. Contact Person:
Associate Planner Olson.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Detennine that findings can be made and
recommend approval of the Major Use Pennit to the Planning Commission with
the conditions presented by staff in the draft Resolution, or as may be modified by
the Board.
. Motion: Board Member Beck - To recommend approval of the Major
Use Permit to the Planning Commission with the conditions
presented by staff.
Second: Board Member Felker.
Vote: Ayes - B~ck, Felker, Weinstein and Van Reusen
Nays - None

Motion: Board Member Van Reusen - To adjourn the meeting at 7:22 pm to
the next regularly scheduled meeting of January 16, 1996.
