8 RESOLUTION NO. 86-02
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARDIFF
SANITATION DISTRICT APPOINTING ATTORNEY FOR DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Encinitas, California, as and constituting Board of Directors
of the Cardiff Sanitation District, that the firm of Krauel &
Krauel, with Attorneys Roger W. Krauel and Francesca M. Krauel,
is hereby appointed as the attorney for the Cardiff Sanitation
District with the authority to retain special counsel, from
time to time, as required.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Krauel & Krauel will be
