8} Resolution No. 87-01
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT
REGARDING COMPENSATION FOR MEMBERS OF THE BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Cardiff
Sanitation District as follows:
Each member of the Board shall receive compensation in the
amount of one hundred dollars ($100) per day for each day's
attendance at a meeting of the Board or for each day's service
rendered as a Director by request of the Board, not exceeding a
total of six (6) days in any calendar month, together with any
expenses incident thereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of January ,
8:r 1987, by the following vote, to wit:
