Resolution No. 87-05
. A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT
REGARDING THE DISTRICT MANAGER AND CLERK
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Cardiff
Sanitation District as follows:
1. Warren Shafer, the city Manager of the City of
Encinitas, is hereby designated as the District Manager.
2. E. Jane pool, the city Clerk of the city of Encinitas,
is hereby designated as the District clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the cardiff sanitation District
agrees to reimburse the City of Encinitas for the services and
related costs in providing the city Manager and the City Clerk
to assist the Cardiff sanitation District.

1987, by the following vote, to wit:
