RESOLUTIOft NO~ 87-25
. A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT
REGARDING NON-ENTITLEMENT TO PROPERTY TAX
WHEREAS, Revenue and Taxation Code section 99 requires
negotiation of any property tax exchange occasioned by
jurisdictional changes between the affected agencies, noW,
therefore,

entitled to any share of the one per cent (1%) property tax
allocrtion aM ~~efore will ~ re~rt pr~rty t~ allocrti~
for such annexations.
. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of June, 1987, by the
following vote, to wit:
