RESOLUTION NO. 87-31
;. RESOLUTION OF APPLICATION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT
REGARDING REIMBURSEMENTS TO THE
CITY OF ENCINITAS
WHEREAS, from time to time Cardiff Sanitation District
bills are paid by the City of Encinitas, and
WHEREAS, to reimburse the City of Encinitas for such
payments authorization from the Board of Directors is needed,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the
Cardiff Sanitation District that:
The Board hereby authorizes the County of San Diego on behalf of
the Cardiff Sanitation District to reimburse the City of
Encinitas for payments which rightfully should come from Cardiff
Sanitation District funds.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 15th day of July , 1987, by the
following vote, to wit:
