. A RESOWTIONOF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT
APPOINTING ATTORNEY FOR DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Cardiff
Sanitation District, that the firm of Krauel & Krauel, with
Attorneys Roger w. Krauel and Francesca M. Krauel, is hereby
appointed as attorney for the Cardiff sanitation District.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that effective February 1, 1988,
Krauel & Krauel will be compensated at the rate of $90 per hour
for legal services.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of January, 1988, by the
