i RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT
APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
FROM THE CAPITAL ACCOUNT TO THE SERVICES
AND SUPPLIES ACCOUNT IN THE CARDIFF MAINTENANCE FUND
AND APPROVING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS
FROM THE MAINTENANCE FUND
WHEREAS, the Cardiff Sanitation District has entered into an
agreement with the Solana Beach Sanitation District to form the
San Elijo Joint Powers Authority (SEJPA); and
WHEREAS, said agreement calls for the joint funding of SEJPA
which is being split equally between Solana Beach Sanitation
District and Cardiff Sanitation District; and
WHEREAS, the SEJPA has designated the city of Encinitas as its
Treasurer; and
WHEREAS, the SEJPA has adopted a budget for fiscal year 87/88
in the amount of $180,000;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that transfer of $90,000 from
. the capital Account to the Service and Supplies Account in the
"Ni", Cardiff Maintenance Fund is authorized.
FURTHERMORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors
authorizes the expenditure of $90,000 from the Service and
Supplies Account to the San Elijo Joint Powers Authority.
