iJ A RESOLUTION OF CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT
ADOPl'ING REPoRT REGARDING SEWER SERVICE CHARGES
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1988-89 TO BE COLLECTED ON THE TAX ROLL
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 5473 of the Health and Safety
Code, this Board has determined that the sewer service charqes
for the 1988-89 fiscal year shall be collected on the tax roll
in the same manner, and by the same persons, and at the same
time as, together with and not separately from general taxes of
said Sanitation District, and has caused to be prepared and
filed with the Clerk of said Sanitation District a written
report containing a description of each parcel of property
receiving service from the Sanitation District and the amount
of charges for each parcel for the fiscal year computed in
fþ conformity with the charges prescribed by the applicable
ordinances of the District; and
WHEREAS, such report was prepared and filed and a notice
of hearing thereon given as required by law; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to such notice, on Auqust 10, 1988 a
hearing was held on said report; and
WHEREAS, this Board of Directors has heard and considered
all objections and protests to said report and to the fees and
charqes set forth therein; NOW THEREFORE
IT IS RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED as follows:
1. That protests or objection to said report to the fees
and charges set forth therein has not been made by the owners
of a majority of separate parcels of property described in said
report.
8J 2. That all objections and protests are overruled.

3. That said report, and each and every fee and charge
set forth in said report, is hereby approved, affirmed and
>íd adopted.
8;J 4. That the Clerk of this Board file wi th the Auditor
and Controller of the County of San Diego on or before the lOth
day of August 1988, a copy of said report as approved, affirmed
and adopted by this Board together with a statement endorsed
thereon over her signature that said report has been finally
adopted by this Board.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the
Cardiff Sanitation District, County of San Diego, State of
California, this 10 day of August 1988, by the following vote:
AYES: Directors Gaines, Luke, Omsted, Shea, Steel
NAYS: Directors - None
ABSENT: Directors - None
