. A RESOLUTION OF THE CARDIFF SANITATION DISTRICT
REGARDING THE SEATING OF NEW BOARD MEMBERS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Cardiff
Sanitation District that:
Since members of the Encinitas City Council serve as ~
officio Board members of this District, a person appointed
or elected to the Encinitas City Council shall take office
as a board member of this District at the first regular
meeting of this Board following appointment or election and
qualification of such City Council member.
~ PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of September ,1988,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Gaines, Luke, Omsted, Shea, Steel
