IN COMPLIANCE:
The Director of Community Development of the City of Encinitas has determined that the parcels of real
property described below have been divided or have resulted from a division in compliance with the
Subdivision Map Act and with provisions of the City of Encinitas Municipal Code enacted pursuant to the Act.
The parcels described herein may be sold, leased, or financed without further compliance with the Subdivision
Map Act or any local ordinance enacted pursuant to the Act. Development of the parcel may require issuance
of a permit or permits, or other grant or grants of approval.
It has been determined that the subject property is consistent with approved 00-102BA, which is a Lot Line
Adjustment between two legal lots. The approved boundary adjustment resulted in a 29479 square foot lot
(Parcel "A") and a 48961 square foot lot (Parcel "B'). The lot identified as Parcel "A" is under the required 1
acre size for the RR-1 zone; however, the boundary adjustment was to correct an encroachment of a structure on
the lot and there was no net increase or decrease in size of either lot.
