The Director of Community Development of the City of Encinitas has determined that the parcels of real
property described below have been divided or have resulted from a division in compliance with the
Subdivision Map Act and with provisions of the City of Encinitas Municipal Code enacted pursuant to
the Act. The parcels described herein may be sold, leased, or financed without further compliance with
the Subdivision Map Act or any local ordinance enacted pursuant to the Act. Development of the parcel
may require issuance of a permit or permits, or other grant or grants of approval.
It has been determined that the subject property is consistent with approved 00-079BA, which is a Lot
Line Adjustment between two legal lots. The approved boundary adjustment resulted in a 222,591.6
square foot lot (Parcel "A") and a 22,651.2 square foot lot (Parcel "B). This is in compliance with
Section 30.16.010 of the Encinitas Municipal Code for the subject RR2 zone.
