IN COMPLIANCE:
The Director of Community Development of the City of Encinitas has determined that the parcels of real
property described below have been divided or have resulted from a division in compliance with the
Subdivision Map Act and with provisions of the City of Encinitas Municipal Code.
It has been determined that the subject property meets the standards of conforming lots, pursuant to
Section 30.16.010 of the City of Encinitas Municipal Code. This Certificate of Compliance is adjusting
two existing legal lots as described herein. The parcels will be standard for the Zoning Ordinance
requirements for Net Lot Area. The subject lots will meet the minimum areas required as applicable to
the RR-2 Zoning District. Parcel A, 623 Cole Ranch Road, has an existing single-family residence and
will result in a legal lot of 21,888.70 square feet. Parcel B, 605 Cole Ranch Road, also has an existing
single-family residence and will result in a legal lot of 29,866 square feet.
