IN COMPLIANCE:
The Director of Community Development of the City of Encinitas has determined that the parcels of real
property described below have been divided or have resulted from a division in compliance with the
Subdivision Map Act and with provisions of the City of Encinitas Municipal Code.
It has been determined that the subject property meets the standards of conforming lots, pursuant to
Section 30.16.010 of the City of Encinitas Municipal Code. This Certificate of Compliance is adjusting
two existing legal lots as described herein. The parcels will be standard for the Zoning Ordinance
requirements for Net Lot Area. The subject lots will meet the minimum areas required as applicable to
the RR and RR-2 Zoning Districts. Parcel A, the majority of which is located within the RR-2 zone, has
an existing single-family residence and will result in a legal lot of 2.32 acres. Parcel B, the majority of
which is located within the flood plain area of the RR zone, has three separate existing detached structures
and will result in a legal lot of 10.23 acres°
