IN COMPLIANCE:
The Director of Community Development of the City of Encinitas has determined that the parcels of
real property described below have been divided or adjusted or have resulted from a division in
compliance with the Subdivision Map Act and with provisions of the City of Encinitas Municipal
Code.
It has been determined that the subject parcels meet the standards of conforming lots, pursuant to the
Encinitas Municipal Code. This Certificate of Compliance is adjusting the two existing legal lots
described herein. The resulting parcels A and B will meet the standard for the Zoning Ordinance
requirements for NET area (5,400 sq. fl.) in the subject Residential 8 Zone (R-8) as of this date.
This Certificate recognizes lots with the following areas: Parcel "A" - 6,388 sq. ft. and Parcel "B" -
5,400 sq. ft..

adjoining said lots on the east, and the east half of Juno
Avenue adjoining said lots on the west, and the north half
of Europa Street adjoining said Lot 9 and said Alley and
said Juno Street on the south, said streets and alley
being vacated and closed to public use September 11, 1944
by an Order of the Board of Supervisors, recorded in Book
125, Page 67 of Supervisors' Records.
Excepting therefrom that portion lying westerly and
northerly of the following described line:
Beginning at a point on the south line of the above
described property, whence the southwest corner thereof
