IN COMPLIANCE:
The Director of Community Development of the City of Encinitas has determined that the parcel of real
property described below has been divided or has resulted from a division in compliance with the
Subdivision Map Act and with provisions of the City of Encinitas Municipal Code enacted pursuant to the
Act.
It has been determined that the subject property meets the standards of conforming lots in the RR Zone
pursuant to Section 30.16.010 of the City of Encinitas Municipal Code. This Certificate of Compliance
establishes as a separate legal lot the remainder parcel established as part of 97-201 TPM. All conditions
and requirements applicable to 97-201 TPM shall apply to this lot.
