IN COMPLIANCE:
The Director of Community Development of the City of Encinitas has determined that the parcels of real
property described below have been divided or have resulted from a division in compliance with the
Subdivision Map Act and with provisions of the City of Encinitas Municipal Code.
It has been determined that the subject property meets the standards of non-conforming lots, pursuant to
Section 30.76 of the City of Encinitas Municipal Code. The two lots, when consolidated, will create a
larger lot that is closer to minimum lot size standards for the Rural Residental 2 (RR-2) zone. This
Certificate of Compliance permanently consolidates the lots as described herein (Exhibit "B") for the
purposes of development. This Certificate is to permit a proposed single-family residence to be located
on Assessor Parcel 265-023-40.

This certificate relates only to issues of compliance or noncompliance with the Subdivision Map Act and
local ordinances enacted pursuant thereto. The parcels described herein may be sold, leased, or financed
in compliance with the Subdivision Map Act and any local ordinance enacted pursuant thereto.
Development of the parcel may require issuance of a permit or permits, or other grant or grants of
approval.
