IN COMPLIANCE:
The Director of Community Development of the City of Encinitas has determined that the parcels of
real property described below has been divided or has resulted from a division in compliance with the
Subdivision Map Act and with provisions of the City of Encinitas Municipal Code. This certificate is
recognizing the lots described herein.
Information has been submitted to the Community Development Department establishing that the
two Parcels described in Exhibit"A" hereto, being portions of Lot 11, Block H, of the Encinitas
Highlands subdivision (Map #2141) were established as separate legal lots in conformance with the
Subdivision Map Act.
