IN COMPLIANCE:
The Director of Community Development of the City of Encinitas has determined that the parcels of real property
described below have been divided or have resulted from a division in compliance with the Subdivision Map Act
and with provisions of the City of Encinitas Municipal Code.
It has been determined that the subject property meets the standards of conforming lots, pursuant to Section
30.16.010 of the City of Encinitas Municipal Code. This Certificate of Compliance is adjusting and consolidating
four existing legal lots for a total of three lots, as described herein. Parcels 1 through 3 will be standard for the
Zoning Ordinance requirements for NET area (5,400 sq. ft.) in the R-8 Use Regulations as of this date, with a net
area of 16,754 sq. ft. Parcel "1", 12,774 sq. ft. for parcel "2", and 8,220 at sq. ft. for parcel "3".
