IN COMPLIANCE:
The Director of Community Development of the City of Encinitas has determined that the parcels
of real property described below have been divided or have resulted from a division in compliance
with the Subdivision Map Act and with provisions of the City of Encinitas Municipal Code.
It has been determined that the subject property meets the standards of conforming lots, pursuant to
Section 30.16.010 of the City of Encinitas Municipal Code. This Certificate of Compliance is
adjusting the five existing legal lots described herein. The resulting parcels A through E will be
standard for the ER-MU2 Zone of the Encinitas Ranch Specific Plan for NET area (10,000 sq. ft.).
The adjustment proposes lots with the following areas: Parcel "A" - 1.1 acres, Parcel "B" - .998
acres, Parcel "C" - 1.22 acres, Parcel "D" - 1.59 acres, and Parcel "E" 9.07 acres. The above noted
lot areas are gross. The lot areas will be required to maintain the minimum 10,000 sq. ft. net area at
all times, including at the time of any site development.
