(Section 66499.35 of the Government Code)
IN COMPLIANCE:
The Director of Community Development of the City of Encinitas has determined that the parcel of
real property described below has been divided or has resulted from a division in compliance with the
Subdivision Map Act and with provisions of the City of Encinitas Municipal Code. This certificate is
adjusting the lots described herein.
Parcel "A" of this adjustment does not meet the standards for conforming lots for the D-CM-l Zone
which specifies a minimum lot size of 3,200 sq. ft. Parcel "A" currently has 2,675 sq. ft., and is
increased in size to approximately 3,325 sq. ft. with this adjustment, thereby decreasing the degree of
the nonconformity of subject Parcel "A". Parcel "B" as adjusted has approximately 63,755 sq. ft.,
which is in conformance with the D-CM-l Zone.
