IN COMPLIANCE;
The Director of Community Development of the City of Encinitas has
determined that the parcel of real property described below has
been divided or has resulted from a division in compliance with the
Subdivision Map Act and with provisions of the City of Encinitas
Municipal Code.
It has been determined that the subject property meets the
standards of conforming lots pursuant to Section 30.16.010 of the
City of Encinitas Municipal Code. This Certificate of Compliance
is consolidating the lots described herein. The resulting lot of
approximately 12,094 sq. ft. (net) will be standard for the zoning
Ordinance requirements for NET area (3,950 sq. ft.) in the R-Ii Use
Regulations as of this date.

Lots 21 & 22 in Block 12 of South Coast Park No. 2, in the
County of San Diego, State of California, according to the Map
thereof No. 1859, filed in the Office of the County Recorder
of San Diego County, September 21, 1925, together .with all
that portion of Block "D" of said South Coast Park No. 2,
lying between the westerly prolongation of the northerly line
of Lot 22 in said Block 12 and the westerly prolongation of
the southerly line of Lot 21 in said Block 12.
Excepting therefrom that portion lying westerly of the
easterly line of the land described in deed to the County of
San Diego, recorded February 11, 1920, in Book 1731, Page 258
of Deeds, Records of San Diego County.
Subject lots 21 & 22 are hereby consolidated per Certificate
of Compliance application 92-127CC.
