IN COMPLIANCE:
The Director of Community Development of the City of Encinitas has
determined that the parcel of real property described below has been
divided or has resulted from a division in compliance with the Subdivision
Map Act and with provisions of the City of Encinitas Municipal Code.
It has been determined that the subject property meets the standards of
conforming lots pursuant to Section 30.16.010 of the City of Encinitas
Municipal Code. This Certificate of Compliance is adjusting Parcel "2"
described herein. The boundary adjustment is consistent with the Home
Depot Specific Plan approved by the City Council of the City of Encinitas
on September 22, 1993. The Boundary Adjustment is consistent with the on-
site mitigation plan approved by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Case No.
93-459 EW) in consultation with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. The
Boundary Adjustment is required pursuant to the Army Corps of Engineers
approval to designate wetlands open space, the chaparral open space, and
the developable area in order to adequately manage the open space areas in
the future.
