IN COMPLIAN,CE:
The Director of Community Development of the City of Encinitas has
determined that the parcels of real property described below have
been divided or have resulted from a division in compliance with
the Subdivision Map Act and with provisions of the City of
Encinitas Municipal Code.
It has been determined that the subject properties meet the
standards of conforming lots pursuant to Section 30.16.010 of the
City of Encinitas Municipal Code. This Certificate of Compliance
permanently consolidates the lots (as described in attached Exhibit
"B") for purposes of development. This certificate is to permit a
commercial use (Frog's Athletic Club) and related parking
facilities located on assessor parcels 257-470-08, -09 and -10.
The property owner may apply to resubdivide the property at a
future time in compliance with the City of Encinitas Subdivision
(Municipal Code) Ordinance and the State Map Act should the lot
consolidation be no longer required.
