CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE
(Section 66499.35 of the Government Code)
IN COMPLIANCE:
The Director of Community Development of the City of Encinitas has
determined that the two parcels of real property described below
HAVE been divided or HAVE resulted from a division in compliance
with the Subdivision Map Act and with provisions of the City of
Encinitas Municipal Code.
On November 15, 1988, a Certificate of Compliance was filed with
the County Recorder (Doc. Number 88-585194) merging four contiguous
lots owned by the applicant. It has since been determined by the
City of Encinitas that the above referenced Certificate of
Compliance contained erroneous information. Therefore, this
Certificate of Compliance is replacing the previous certificate.
This certificate recognizes previous lots 59, 60, and 61 as one
separate legal lot "A" (12,600 sq. ft.), and lot 62 (4,200 sq. ft.)
as another separate legal lot ("B"). These lots are substandard
for the RR-2 zoning district which specifies 21,500 sq. ft. minimum
lot size, but were created pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act
prior'~to the adoption of City zoning standards.

that regulates development of real property.
