IN COMPLIANCE:
The Director of Community Development of the City of Encinitas has
determined that the application for condominium conversion complies
as required with the provisions of Municipal Code Sections
24.60.050 and 30.16.010(C). This certifies that the existing three

in Section 1351 of the California civil Code, the total number of
