IN COMPLIANCE:
The Director of Community Development of the City of Encinitas has
determined that the two parcels of real property described below
HAVE been divided or HAVE resulted from a division in compliance
with the Subdivision Map Act and with provisions if the city of
Encinitas Municipal Code.
It has been determined that the subject lots meet the standards for
nonconforming lots pursuant to Section 30.20.010 (General
Commercial Zone) of the City of Encinitas Municipal Code, which
specifies a minimum lot size of 10,000 sq. ft. However, this
Certificate Compliance is consolidating the lots described herein
for a total size of approximately 10,000 sq. ft.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION AND PLAT MAP
Lots 1 and 2 of Block 19 of Encinitas according to the Map
thereof No. 148, filed in the office of the County Recorder of
San Diego County, June 12, 1883. Said lots are hereby merged
pursuant to the applicable certificate of compliance.
