The Director of the Planning and Community Development Department
has determined that the 2 parcels of real property described below

It has been determined that the subject property meets the
standards for residential lots in the R-11 zone pursuant to Section
30.16.010 of the City of Encinitas Municipal Code. However, this
Certificate of Compliance is to legalize a Boundary Adjustment/Lot
Merger correcting an error in the Legal Description of the two lots
recorded by the San Diego County Recorder, file page No. 86-376934,
on August 28, 1986. The resulting lots of 11,000 sq. ft. and
12,100 sq. ft. will be standard for the Zoning Ordinance
requirement for NET area (3,950 sq. ft.) in the R-11 Use Regulation
as of this date.
