It has been determined that the subject property meets the
standards for nonconforming lots pursuant to section 30.76.080 of
the City of Encinitas lvIunicipal Code. However, this certificate of
Compliance is merging the 5 lots described herein, The resulting

foot wide alley in said Block 1, lying Northeasterly of and
adjacent to said Lots 33 and 34 as vacated and abandoned on
February 25, 1964 by Order of the Board of Supervisors of San
Diego County, a copy of said order recorded March 3, 1964 as File
No. 40081 of Official Records,
PARCEL 2:
Lots 15, 16, and 17 in Block 1 of CARDIFF, in the County of San
Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 1298,
filed in the Office of the county Recorder, November 14, 1910.
