IN COMPLIANCE
The DirectOr of the Planning and Community Development Department
has determined that the 2 parcels of real property described below
HAVE been divided or HAVE resulted from a division in compliance
with the Subdivision Map Act and with provisions of the City of
Encinitas Municipal Code.
It has been determined that the subject property meets the
standards for conforming lots pursuant to Section 30.16.010(A) of
the City of Encinitas Municipal Code. The Boundary Adjustment
described herein was approved by Resolution No. C-90-25 of the
Cardiff-by-the-Sea Community Advisory Board on the 13th day of
August 1990. The resulting lots of 4,211 square feet and 4,600
square feet meet the standard of the Zoning Ordinance Requirements
for NET AREA (3,950 sq. ft.) in the R-ii Use Regulation as of this
date.
